The Arab League Secund the Egypt initiative for the reconstruction of the Strip

Israel’s Foreign Minister Gideon Saar, on Tuesday, defended the decision of the Israeli government to block the entry of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip before the refusal of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) to accept its requirement to extend the first phase of the high fire and has stressed that the authorities “fully complied” with the clauses of the pact, in force since January 19.

“On Saturday was the last day of the first phase of the framework for the release of our hostages. Israel has fully fulfilled its part, including the part of humanitarian aid, until the last day,” he said, according to a statement published by his office, after the Palestinian Islamist group accused Israel of not sticking to the humanitarian clauses of the Alto El Fuego.
