“We will continue to provide all kinds of support to our neighbor Syria, restore and maintain its territorial integrity and to achieve peace with all its ethnic and sectarian minorities,” Recep Tayyip Erdogan said.

Erdogan welcomed the promise to punish the Syrian leader, and Ankara “undertakes all necessary steps to prevent unwanted events affect Turkey.”

Ankara is the biggest supporter of Saara, who came to power in Syria, and has deployed several thousand soldiers in the north of that country.
