A rapist caught by reflection in a washing machine was sentenced to 7 years in prison

The South Court of South Korea sentenced a 24-year-old man for a series of sexual crimes after the attack was recorded on a video camera by repelling the door of the washing machine.

In the video from the cameras provided by one of the victims, the crime itself was not visible until the investigators notice its reflection on the door of the washing machine, reports The Korea Times. According to the man, a man has already been charged with other crimes, including suspicions of violence against an ex -girlfriend and sexual relations with a minor.

At first, the suspect denied all the accusations. However, the woman provided a 39-minute video as evidence. Although only two minutes they showed them directly, the prosecutors found that the remaining 37 minutes recorded the attack in the repression on the plastic cover of the washing machine. After improving the quality and analysis of the record, investigators confirmed the actions of the accused. Under the pressure of evidence, he admitted to the crime, which led to additional charges.

The court sentenced the man to seven years in prison, and also ordered to wear a bracelet on an ankle for seven years after the release.
