The Prosecutor’s Office is studying the publications on the record of Vardan Ghukasyan

The Prosecutor General’s Office is studying the publications in the press about the recording of Gyumri mayoral candidate Vardan Ghukasyan. Other details from the prosecutor’s office did not inform Freedom.

In his turn, the “Independent Observer” informs that today the Prosecutor’s Office reports on the crime, demanding a recording with Vardan Ghukasyan’s alleged participation.

A recording is circulating on the Internet, in which two men are talking. There are insulting expressions about the citizens.

“We believe that there are attributes of the crime under Article 210, Part 3 of the Criminal Code (forcing to vote for the election, which was combined using a threat or dependency). The article envisages 4 to 8 years in prison, but it is very important that law enforcement agencies will effectively work with market workers / sellers and receive the whole picture of the “Independent Observer” bloc.

Former Mayor Vardan Ghukasyan tops the list of the Communist Party in the March 30 elections.

He has not yet commented on this recording. In his pre-election campaign, he mainly criticizes the ruling force, claims that they are abuse of administrative resources.
