The Prosecutor General’s Office is studying the publications in the press about the recording of Gyumri mayoral candidate Vardan Ghukasyan. Other details from the prosecutor’s office did not inform Freedom.

A recording is circulating on the Internet, in which two men are talking. There are insulting expressions about the citizens.

The article envisages 4 to 8 years in prison, but it is very important that law enforcement agencies will effectively work with market workers / sellers and receive the whole picture of the “Independent Observer” bloc.
Former Mayor Vardan Ghukasyan tops the list of the Communist Party in the March 30 elections.
He has not yet commented on this recording. In his pre-election campaign, he mainly criticizes the ruling force, claims that they are abuse of administrative resources.
