The prosecutor’s office charged Georgian opposition leader Khazaradze

Khazaradze was charged with not appearing at the sitting of the Temporary Parliamentary Investigation Committee. Article 349 of the Criminal Code envisages a penalty or a penalty or a barrier to a period of up to three years in prison for non-fulfillment of the legislative demand of the Georgian Parliament.
The Georgian Prosecutor’s Office has announced that he intends to go to court by motion to elect the opposition figure in the near future.
