The Kremlin said President Putin had no plans to go to Saudi Arabia when Mr. Trump was expected to visit the country, he speculated about the summit.
“So far, Russian President Vladimir Putin has no such plan. This is absolutely just a plan of the US leadership, unrelated to Mr. Putin,” said the Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said at a press conference in Moscow on April 2, the rumor that Russia -US will hold a summit in Saudi Arabia.
US President Donald Trump said on March 31 that he could visit Saudi’s Arabia at the earliest in April. This sparked guess the White House boss came here to hold a summit with Russian leaders.
Mr. Dmitry added that Russia has no specific plan for the “potential meeting” between President Putin and his American counterpart.

Leaders of the United States and Russia have had two officially announced telephones since Mr. Trump returned to the White House, but had not met directly. Since taking office, Mr. Trump has applied a warmer and warmer stance with Russia. The delegation of both sides also held senior meetings in Saudi Arabia.
The Kremlin on April 2 confirmed that the Kirill Dmitriev negotiator, the special envoy of President Putin, will come to the United States this week but do not mention the specific time.
