According to expert research: Egyptian media has hate and anti -Semitism for Israel

Expert Researchers from Glserzer Institute at the Jewish People’s Policy Institute analyzed nearly 4,000 opinion columns and interpretations from the two major institutional newspapers in Egypt: the “Eliraram” newspaper, which is the largest and leading Egypt, and the “Algomoria” newspaper associated with the authorities.

Widespread reference of Israel with negative sentiment

The study shows that the reference to Israel is extremely extensive: about 30% of the articles and columns had a reference to Israel, according to the keywords examined.
In those articles that included a reference to Israel, about 70% of them had a “very negative sentiment”, about 12.5% ​​with negative sentiment, and another 4.5% with “quite negative” sentiment. That is, a total of about 87% of opinion columns and interpretations in Israel were negative. In some articles, Israel is presented as “colonialist entity”, “the Zionist enemy” or “cancerous lesion,” and claims that it strives to spread and take over the entire area and in the process to expel the Palestinians. Only about 12.5% ​​of articles were classified as neutrality, and less than 1% were classified as billions.

Anti -Semitism

Next, researchers sought to differentiate between Israel or Zionism and the revelations of anti -Semitism, such as the denial of Jewish religion, the use of negative stereotypes against Jews (Mammon lovers, treacherous and more), the accusation of Jews in the problems of the world and the like. Based on AI analysis and after filtering the results, about 180 articles (opinion columns and interpretations) were found that included a reference to Jews, and about 30% of these columns were an anti-Semitic nature, when they used Jewish stereotypes such as passion for money, used the term “elders of Zion”, referred to the Jews and the same. It was alleged that the number of murderers was much smaller than 6 million.

In one of the articles of “Algomoria”, the “Elders of Zion’s protocols” and claim that the Jews want to control the world with the help of a prenuptial. The writer also apparently demonstrates how the Jews “dominate” today with their money, and eventually cause a third world war.

In an article published in “Alhharam”, it is alleged that the Zionist entity seeks to apply what is said in the protocols of the elders of Zion, which it strives to establish a state from the Nile to the breach and that it represents the devil and evil. The writer goes against the idea of ​​turning the conflict from an existential conflict into a conflict on borders, and refers to the State of Israel as an unlawful enemy and entity.
