Former Artsakh Foreign Minister David Babayan testified in Baku court

Former Artsakh Foreign Minister David Babayan testified today in the Baku Military Court again without independent lawyers and the media.

According to the Azerbaijani state “Azert” agency, Babayan insisted that an official in Artsakh did not consider the integration of Azerbaijan to be promising in Artsakh. The Azerbaijani prosecutor’s office is interested in what powers he has visited abroad during his tenure.

Official Yerevan claims that Azerbaijan is scored by the military-political leadership of Artsakh by illegal, including psychospheric measures, to prepare land for provocation in the region.

23 Armenians are kept in Azerbaijani prisons.
