Indirect negotiations on Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and US President Donald Trump have ended in Oman to normalize Iran’s nuclear crisis.
According to MEHR, official Tehran said that Iranian and American envoys, with the mediation of the Oman Foreign Minister, exchanged their government’s position on Iran’s nuclear program and illegal sanctions against Iran. ”
Araghchi and Whitcoff were in different halls, the positions of the parties were transferred through the mediation of Saeed Badz al-Busail.
Mehr notes that after more than two and a half hours, the heads of Iranian and American delegations talked face to face to face with the presence of the Foreign Minister of Oman.
The parties agreed to continue negotiations next week.
Said Badl al-Busail X thanked the parties for his involvement, emphasizing that it has taken place in a friendly atmosphere, which will eventually contribute to the achievement of security and stability.
He noted that Oman will continue his support and efforts to achieve this goal.
