After the meeting in Luxembourg, the Foreign Ministers of the EU (EU) countries referred to the Armenian-Azerbaijani relations, and the diplomatic sources of “Azatutyun” were reported.
One of the main topics of discussion was the proposal to allocate 10 million euros to Armenia from the EU Peace Foundation, which was presented by EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security.
