In a statement to the Kosovo media, an unnamed senior official of the United States of America reminded the Serbian List party that its vice-president Milan Radoičić is on the US blacklist “due to involvement in corruption and transnational organized crime”.“We are aware of the recent statements about Milan Radoičić. Milan Radoičić has been sanctioned by the US government for his involvement in corruption and transnational organized crime,” said the answer to Pristina’s Klan Kosova cable television.
In a statement on its official website, the Serbian newspaper announced that Radoičić wants to protect Serbs whom he claims are being “attacked” by Kosovo Prime Minister Aljbin Kurti.
“Unlike him, whom they say wants chaos at all costs and mistreats Serbs, Radoičić, on the other hand, together with Srpski List, is here to protect the Serbian people from the attacks of Pristina,” the statement said.
The Minister of Internal Affairs of Kosovo, Dželjalj Svečlja, said a few days ago, when a Kosovo police patrol was attacked in an attempt to stop a truck with smuggled goods, that Radoičić was behind such attacks.
