Thieves came through the window: Museum robbery in Limoges shakes France

Limoges (France) – The thieves came to Thursday night, cracked a window and caused millions.

The French National Museum “Adrien Dubouché” in Limoges (located in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region) was robbed in the night from Wednesday to Thursday.

Special investigators of the police are now looking for information on the thieves. The evidence is still running. The public prosecutor is investigating theft of cultural assets and property damage. The mayor of Limoges, Émile Roger Lombertie, was convinced that the theft had happened on behalf of collectors.
