Erdogan sends a message: “Israel has nuclear weapons and the most powerful bombs”

Erdogan questioned the narratives defending Israel and said: “Israel has nuclear weapons and the ability to attack Gaza whenever and however it wants – how can you say it is innocent?” He accused Israel of using hunger as a weapon, especially against children, and said: “Israel is using hunger as a deadly tool, especially against children, in the midst of one of the most difficult humanitarian crises of our time.”

He also said that “in Gaza there is almost no whole building left – schools, churches, mosques and hospitals have been bombed. And they still say: ‘Israel is innocent’. How is that possible?” In his speech, Erdogan condemned “Israel’s false propaganda machine” and noted that “270 journalists who were killed tried to reveal the truth on the ground and expose the lies of Tel Aviv”, while emphasizing the media’s moral responsibility to stand by justice.

He sharply criticized the international institutions that are supposed to maintain peace and stability, saying that they “turned a blind eye to the massacre and did not prevent the genocide and did not save the children’s lives.” Referring to the ceasefire in Gaza, Erdogan said that Hamas acts responsibly and fulfills the terms of the agreement, while Israel “looks for excuses to violate it and renew the attacks”. According to him, “everyone knows Israel’s terrible record when it comes to keeping its promises.”

The 9th TRT World Forum opened in Istanbul under the title “The Global Reset: From the Old Order to the New Reality”, bringing together leaders, thinkers and executives from around the world to discuss how changes in the economy, technology, media and international law are reshaping the world order.

It was also noted that at a press conference held in Ankara, Fidan stated that the foreign ministers who met with the President of the United States will participate in the meeting.
