According to the court’s decision, the preventive detention chosen for Arsen Ghukasyan, a relative of the soldier who went missing in the 44-day war, was replaced by house arrest, a bail of 1 million drams and a ban on absence were applied.

Arsen Ghukasyan’s lawyer and mother warned that Ghukasyan’s illnesses are incompatible with detention and that his life is in danger in the detention center.
