The special services of Poland have announced the prevention of a planned terrorist attack on the territory of the country.
The spokesperson of the Internal Security Agency of Poland, Jacek Dobjinksy, announced today that a young man was arrested who was “planning a massive armed attack on one of the Christmas fairs operating in the country”.
Polish law enforcement officers note that the suspect Mateusz W. is a student of the Catholic University of Lublin. According to law enforcement officials, the purpose of the attack was “to terrorize people and support the Islamic State group”.
