“Armed resistance is a legitimate form of struggle and is supported by international law,” he said, adding that the goal of armed resistance is the creation of a Palestinian state and the realization of Palestinian rights to self-determination.

He also stated the need to move to the second stage, which provides for the further withdrawal of Israeli troops. Al-Hayya declared the inadmissibility of establishing an “international mandate” over Gaza and emphasized that international forces should be deployed not in Gaza, but along the borders of the strip, and from the Israeli side.

Al-Hayya acknowledged the death of one of the leaders of the militant wing of the group, Raed Saad. “He was a devoted, ascetic leader who dedicated his life to Islam and his country, fought in the name of Allah and hid from the occupiers for decades,” he said.

“Our people and the resistance have achieved many of their strategic goals. We have dispelled the myth of Zionist containment and military superiority. October 7 was an example of what a people united in the fight against occupation can achieve,” the terrorist leader said.

“The people and the resistance have made significant progress in isolating the Zionist regime. Its leaders and soldiers are being opposed by international courts. We have torn off the mask from the ugly face of a terrorist entity that threatens the security and stability of the region,” he added.
