The session of the Constitutional Reforms Council was held under the leadership of the Prime Minister

According to the government, “details were presented regarding the strengthening of the mechanisms of full balancing and mutual restraint of the authorities, further improvement of legal structures, increasing the efficiency of public administration institutions, as well as regulations aimed at ensuring the stability and functionality of constitutional institutions.”

According to the government’s announcement, an exchange of ideas was held within the framework of the revision of the Constitutional regulations, observations and recommendations were presented from the point of view of constitutional principles, legal predictability, as well as the strengthening of the legal state.
