In the letter, Epstein wrote: “Dear L.N., as you already know, I took the ‘short way’ home. Good luck! We shared one thing… our love and concern for young girls and the hope that they will reach their full potential. Our president also shares our love for young and mature girls.” The letter contains another obscene reference to Trump’s treatment of women. “Life is not fair,” Epstein added in his letter.

The US Department of Justice said that some of the materials include “false and sensational” claims concerning Trump, which were forwarded to the FBI near the 2020 election. However, the ministry did not specify which claims were false, explaining that the publication was made “out of a commitment to the law and transparency.”

Among the published documents is also a subpoena from 2021 for the Mar-a-Lago club, founded by Trump in 1995. The subpoena is related to the investigation against Maxwell, and demands the handover of “all business documents” related to the person whose name has been blacked out. The identity of that person is unknown.
