Trump increased the bonus for migrants from $1,000 to $3,000 if they leave the United States at the end of the year

“If you wish to voluntarily return to your home country and are in the US illegally, We will give them $3,000 during the holidays so they can return home. We will buy them a plane ticket and give them $3,000 to return to their country,” said DHS Secretary Kristi Noem.
