The supreme leader’s advisor answers Trump – in Hebrew: “The missile capabilities do not require approval, any aggression will be met with severity”

Ali Shamkhani, the senior political advisor to Iran’s Supreme Leader, responded this evening (Monday), quickly and in Hebrew, to the statement of US President Donald Trump that referred to the possibility of an Israeli/American attack on Iran. “According to Iran’s defense doctrine, some responses are determined even before the threats reach the implementation stage,” he posted on his X account.

“Iran’s missile and defense capabilities are uncontrollable and do not require approval,” he continued. “Any aggression will be met with a severe, immediate and unexpected response.” The words of the adviser to the supreme president of Iran come after the US president stated that he would support an attack on Iran, if it continues to develop the nuclear program and also the ballistic missile program. “I hear that Iran is trying to rebuild itself. If this is true, we will have to dismantle it,” he said.

In his second statement, US President Trump said: “I hope Iran will not continue with the nuclear program, we don’t want to waste the fuel on the B2 bombers.”
