SDP MP Barbara Antolić Vupora denied guilt after Uskok filed an indictment against her on Wednesday for malfeasance regarding the issuance of a permit for the reconstruction of the house, even though she did not meet the conditions. Antolić In a short statement for Hina, Vupora pointed out that “in this New Year’s story, actions and accusations that she has nothing to do with or know anything about are put into context.”
She emphasized that she is sure that during the legal proceedings it will be established that she is not guilty of any criminal offense for the act of reconstruction of 43 square meters of the existing attic.
According to Uskoko’s indictment, the head of the Administrative Department for Construction and Communal Economy of the City of Varaždin, Vlado Podbrežnički, favored Antolić Vupori in issuing a building permit for the reconstruction of the house, even though it did not meet the conditions.
In addition to the parliamentary representative and the president, Uskok also charges court expert Jagoda Bistrovi with the indictment. due to the concealment of irregularities in the documentation and participation in the falsification of the technical inspection at the house in Varadin.
Uskok in the indictment states that on June 3, 2024, the construction inspection found that the house co-owned by Antoli Vupora and her husband are carrying out illegal construction and ordered the suspension of the works, with a warning of the possible initiation of misdemeanor proceedings and the removal of illegally performed works for which a valid construction permit has not been issued.
Antolić On the same day, Vupora was sent to Bistrović asked Podbrežni&ccaronki to issue her a building permit for the reconstruction of the house immediately and independently of the fulfillment of the conditions prescribed by law, which the mayor did on June 12, 2024.
At the same time, Podbrežnički, the same Uskok, untruthfully stated that the parties in the proceedings were enabled by personal summons to inspect the case file and that all parties responded and after inspecting the file gave statements about their consent to the intervention. With this, he ensured that after the building permit becomes valid, the building inspection procedure is suspended.
Furthermore, Podbrežnički is charged that at the request of Bistrović issued by Antolić Vupori and use permit, during which the driver made a false report about the technical inspection that he did not actually perform.
