Al-Ahram: Angelina Jolie arrived in Egypt and visited the border with Gaza

The Egyptian publication Al-Ahram reports that on Friday, January 2, American actress and UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador Angelina Jolie visited the border with the Gaza Strip, in the area of ​​the Rafah border crossing, where she got acquainted with the work of the humanitarian infrastructure to help Gaza.

Jolie inspected the logistics warehouses of the Egyptian Red Crescent, through which aid supplies are generated.

Al-Ahram writes that Jolie expressed solidarity with the residents of the sector.

She was met on the spot by the Governor of North Sinai, Khalid Mugaouar, and Nadia Makram Ebeid, who is associated with the activities of the National Alliance of Civil Initiatives.

It is also reported that as part of the visit, it is planned to visit a hospital in Al-Arish, where there are patients from Gaza.
