Source: High-ranking Iranians apply for French visas for their family members

French-Iranian journalist Emmanuel Razavi said on the program Points de Vue (Le Figaro) that, according to his information, a number of senior representatives of the “reformist clan” in Iran, including the chairman of the Islamic Consultative Assembly (Parliament), are trying to obtain French visas for their family members through a Parisian lawyer.

Razavi’s statement was distributed by French and Israeli media. The messages did not provide additional details about the number of applicants, their names or whether documents were officially submitted.

There were no official comments from the French or Iranian authorities on this matter at the time of publication.
