The US Secretary of State accused Iran of holding the whole world hostage. Marco Rubio assured that the United States is successfully implementing its military goals in the war.
“This clerical regime poses a threat to both the region and the whole world. Iran is trying to take the whole world hostage. They attack neighboring countries, their energy infrastructures, civilian population. The goal of this mission is to destroy their capabilities, and we are well on our way to achieving that,” the Secretary of State said.
Earlier, the head of the Pentagon said that the United States has not yet resorted to serious actions to achieve its goals in the military campaign against Iran.
