CC allowed Samvel Karapetyan to publish a video message on Facebook

The latter had mediated by Samvel Karapetyan to get permission to appear in a video message.

In particular, the CC notes that the accused Karapetyan was allowed to publish a video message on the Facebook social network in the context of presenting the political activities, programs and approaches of the “Strong Armenia” party.

Karapetyan appeared in the defendant’s chair in June of last year, when he announced that he would defend the Armenian Apostolic Church, which was targeted by the authorities, “in his own way”. In addition to the public call to seize power, the businessman is accused of money laundering. Samvel Karapetyan was in the basement of the National Security Service for seven months, now he is under house arrest.

Earlier, Prime Minister Pashinyan announced that he can perform live on air, use the opportunities available to him, there is no obstacle in that. “Strong Armenia” claimed that Karapetyan’s right was limited.
