“A total of 390 strikes were carried out by UAVs. 34 strikes with ballistic, cruise and other missiles,” Zelensky wrote on his Telegram page. According to him, 11 regions of the country were affected, many people were injured.

In Zaporizhia, Poltava and Dnipro, high-rise buildings were damaged and fires broke out.

One of the 61-year-old passengers was killed when a drone hit the train in East Kharkiv region. In Dnipro, at least 12 people were injured due to the targeting of a 14-storey building.

Zelensky stressed the need for more effective anti-aircraft defense. He warned that the international support provided to Ukraine should not decrease against the background of the war in Iran.

Europe should produce a sufficient number of missiles for air defense purposes, Zelensky emphasized, calling for the implementation of the already reached agreements.

Ukraine has been resisting Russia’s large-scale invasion for four years.
