Electoral law, the reform process begins in the Chamber

The petition for the enabling law

Furthermore, Pagano announced that “one has also been assigned to the Commission petition for one legislative proposal delegating to the Government for the amendments to the consolidated texts referred to in the decree of the President of the Republic of 30 March 1957, n. 361, and the legislative decree of 20 December 1993, n. 533, regarding election of the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate of the Republic” and the commission itself will decide whether to also combine this text.
