Artsakh President Samvel Shahramanyan will stay in Stepanakert with a group of officials until the search and rescue works for the remains of those killed and missing as a result of the September 19-20 military operations and the September 25 explosion are completed, Artsakh Information Headquarters reports.
They also inform that the government continues to focus on the issue of those citizens who want to move to Armenia, who may be in the territory of Artsakh for various reasons.
The human rights defender of Artsakh reported a few hours ago that the last bus from Artsakh arrived in Goris with 15 passengers.
