In the Aghstev river basin, the water level at the Dilijan observation point decreased by 15 cm compared to the level observed at 8:00 a.m., at the Ijevan observation point of the Aghstev river, it increased by 65 cm, and in the Kirants river basin, it decreased by 85 cm.
The floods caused great destruction in Lori and Tavush marzes. The Debed river has overflowed, there is an emergency situation in a number of villages and towns of Lori. As a result of the floods, roads collapsed, including the interstate road leading to Georgia. Bridges were destroyed, houses were flooded.
