“Al-Hadat”: one of the Hezbollah commanders was killed as a result of an IDF strike

The Saudi TV channel Al-Hadat, citing its sources in Lebanon, reported that as a result of a strike carried out by Israeli aircraft on a target near the city of Sur, Salim Ali Soufan, one of the commanders of Hezbollah, was killed.

The report suggests that the attack targeted the home of a Hezbollah officer. Another person was killed and one was injured in this incident.

According to Lebanese sources, Salim Ali Soufan’s house was located next to the house of a Shia member of the Lebanese parliament.

Other Arab sources describe Ali Soufan as “a very important person in Hezbollah.”
