The representative of Russia, in turn, emphasized the need for close and constant interaction and coordination between the authorities of the two countries to fight against the interference of extra-regional players.

“3+3” is a regional cooperation format initiated by Turkey and supported by Russia after the 44-day Karabakh war. It implies the participation of the three South Caucasian countries – Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan – as well as the three powers of the region – Russia, Turkey and Iran. Georgia has announced that it is not joining the platform due to conflicts with Russia.
