At least seven people died and 18 others were injured in a bombing Russian against the locality Ukrainian from Vilniusk in the southern Zaporizhia region, Interior Minister Igor Klimenko said.

“Russian soldiers attacked the city centre. Targeted, cynical and cruel: against civilians on a day off,” the Minister of the Interior stressed on his Facebook account.

According to Ihor Klymenko,seven people died, including two children, and 18 others, including four children, were injured.

The bombings caused a fire in commercial establishments, homes and vehicles. In addition, civil infrastructure was damaged.

The president of Ukraine, Volodímir Zelensk,inoted on Telegram that Ukrainian cities and communities “suffer from such Russian attacks on a daily basis.”

“But there are ways to overcome it: destroy terrorists where they are, destroy Russian missile launchers, strike with real long-range capability and increase the number of modern air defense systems in Ukraine,”
