The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs has declared the famous teacher Vadim (Dima) Zitzer wanted

 

“A childish, non-childish question”

On July 11, the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs announced a search for the well-known teacher, writer and blogger, founder of the Institute of Informal Education and the School of Informal Education “Orange” Vadim (Dima) Zitzer.

The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs’ statement said that Zitzer was “wanted under an article of the Criminal Code,” although the specific article was not specified.

The website of the St. Petersburg City Court specifies that a case has been opened against Zitzer under Part 2 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, “public dissemination of knowingly false information about the Russian army.”

Vadim Zitzer lives outside the Russian Federation. He is a citizen of Israel. He regularly visits Israel.
