Grant funds can be used for the purchase and reconstruction of a family home, which provides a new housing unit, and for the construction of a family home. In the first case, when buying a house, the obtained funds must be used by the end of this year at the latest, and for the reconstruction and construction of the house by the end of 2027 at the latest.
Applicants can receive a maximum of 12,000 euros for the purchase and reconstruction of a house, and up to 15,000 euros for the construction of a house.
The right to grants can be exercised by young families in places such as Cetingrad, Plaški, Vojnić, Saborski, Bosiljevo, Generalski Stol, Josipdol, Ozalj, Slunj, etc.
