Russian army strikes Ukrainian settlements again, seven people killed

On Saturday, August 31, the Russian army again launched attacks on populated areas in Ukraine, resulting in the deaths of at least seven people.

The village of Cherkasskaya Lozovaya near Kharkov was attacked, said the head of the Kharkov OVA Oleg Sinegubov. According to him, as a result of the attack, a fire started in one of the houses. Sinegubov added that there may be people under the rubble.

At present, two women are known to have died, and eight people are reported to have been injured.

Earlier, the head of the Donetsk OVA Vadim Filashkin reported that in the morning Russian troops shelled the city of Chasov Yar in the Donetsk region, shells hit a multi-story and private house. As a result of the shelling, according to him, at least five people were killed (all the victims were men aged 24 to 38).
