Chosen as the most underrated destination in Europe

The year 2025 is around the corner and this is the time when the summaries of the year 2024 and the recommendations for the new year begin. In the meantime, Time Out World Magazine has prepared a list of the 21 most underrated destinations in Europe that are worth visiting in the new year.The purpose of the list is to put a spotlight on the most beautiful destinations on the continent where there are fewer tourists, less crowding and less anger from the locals for those who come to visit. In first place is the coastal town of Ulcinj in southeastern Montenegro. While the Bay of Kotor, with the nearby town of Kotor and Budva, everyone already knows and admires, the coastal town that is an hour and a half away from the busy area, not many have discovered it yet.

In the magazine they wrote about the destination: “Montenegro’s spectacular coastline is finally getting the attention it deserves. At times when the streets of Budva and Kotor are completely packed, the streets of Olcin remain empty. Olcin is the center of Albanian culture in Montenegro and provides a different atmosphere to the famous places . The old town of Olcin provides the most dramatic views in the country, and its beaches provide excitement and tranquility.”

Also on the list you can find some destinations that the Israelis were already familiar with while the low cost airlines still flew from Israel and landed in special places. For example, Vilnius in Lithuania, Plevodiv in Bulgaria, Cluj-Napoca in Romania, Emilia Romagna in Italy, Gozo in Malta and more.
