Inspired by the bowl of Quang noodles that are always loved by diners in Da Nang or Hoi An, chefs at La Plage restaurant at Sheraton Grand Danang Resort created Quang noodles with lobster. The dish is the result of efforts to refresh the taste and conquer gourmets.

Executive chef Vu Tran said he chose lobster for his “brainchild” because this is an ingredient that not only has nutritional value but also has artistic value in enjoying with a beautiful and luxurious presentation style. important. The combination of Quang noodles with lobster brings a creative message, helping the traditional dish become more known.

The characteristic of Quang noodles is that they are easy to combine with ingredients such as meat, fish, shrimp, and jellyfish, making the dish easy to cook and can be found in street stalls or luxury restaurants. In addition, the accompanying ingredients of Quang noodles are Vietnamese vegetables, helping to balance the taste and bring freshness.

With Quang lobster noodles, the biggest difference is the ingredients. The main ingredients of the dish include lobster, scallops, meatballs and carvia instead of meat, shrimp and eggs. In addition, the dish still has familiar ingredients such as rice paper, green chili, raw vegetables, banana flowers, noodles mixed with peanut oil.

The sauce of Quang noodles is made from meat and tiger prawns, along with a combination of water chestnuts, sauteed with butter, shrimp shells, pineapple and tomatoes, to a light brown color. After more than an hour of cooking over fire to thicken the sauce, the chef will prepare accompanying ingredients such as marinating pork meat, grilling lobster with cheese, and boiling soft-boiled eggs at standard temperatures.
