The Israeli luxury chain is opening a hotel in the Caribbean destination

The international luxury hotel brand Stay, owned by the Nakash family, is expanding with the establishment of the new resort in St. Maarten, the Caribbean island with its white beaches and clear waters. St. Maarten will be the brand’s first Caribbean destination. The project is being carried out in partnership with the Canadian real estate company Altree Developments and is in advanced stages of construction, with the expected opening in 2028.

The hotel will include about 205 rooms, among which there will also be rental units. Guests will be able to enjoy a variety of facilities, including a meticulous private beach, dedicated pools and meticulous personal service from a world-class concierge team alongside three swimming pools, including a unique pool for adults only, a luxurious spa in an area of ​​approximately 2,800 square meters, tennis courts, water sports activities on the beach, a playroom and children’s activities, alongside access to a protected nature reserve that offers an authentic Caribbean experience at Stai’s international luxury standard.

The hotel will have five restaurants, including Ocean Grill Beach Club and Jaya Restaurant, which draw inspiration from the leading concepts of the famous Stay Hotel in Miami Beach, and combine global flavors with a Caribbean experience. The rooms offer a spacious space of various sizes, from one bedroom to four bedrooms, in areas of 58 to 186 square meters, with the possibility of expansion up to 557 square meters, and create a private and luxurious living experience at the highest level.

The Barclays Group announced an investment of approximately NIS 350 million in the establishment of a longevity and preventive medicine venture, the first of its kind in Israel – LUMINA Dead Sea Longevity Resort. The project, rehabilitation in the Dead Sea region, is intended to act as an international hub in the field of preventive medicine and longevity, one of the fastest growing and most expensive segments in the health and tourism markets in the world, and to establish for the first time in Israel an integrated model of advanced medicine, luxury tourism and real estate infrastructure.

The complex, which is expected to open in 2028, will be located at the lowest point on Earth, with a magnificent intimate beach and will offer a unique combination between the exceptional natural conditions of the Dead Sea and advanced medicine, innovative science and a future concept of health, prevention and longevity.

The Gordonia hotel chain signed an agreement to manage a new hotel – Gordonia Migdal Arbel which will include 77 rooms and will open in about two years. with a total investment of about NIS 120 million. The hotel will be located in Moshava Migdal, opposite the Sea of ​​Galilee.

The hotel was built in partnership with the Zionist evangelical movement headed by President Dr. Billye Barim. Since 1986, Dr. Billye Barim has been leading a wide-ranging international activity for Israel in America, and annually initiates prayer gatherings and guiding study tours to Israel of delegations with the participation of thousands of Israel-loving evangelists.

The Gordonia Migdal Arbel hotel will include, along with the 77 rooms, a swimming pool, spa complex, Gordonia salon, banquet hall, buffets and bars, and will be operated in accordance with the chain’s unique concept of hospitality, which combines silence, connection to the landscape and nature, and meticulous simplicity. The agreement on the land was signed for a period of 25 years.
