Israel announces the death in Gaza of a terrorist who participated in the October 7 attacks

The Israeli Army claimed this Wednesday to have killed a “terrorist” who participated in the attacks carried out on October 7 by the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) in one of the bombings recently carried out against Gaza City, in the north. of the Strip.

Thus, it has indicated in a statement that a military drone “attacked and eliminated a terrorist squad in the Shujaia neighborhood”, without saying when the bombing took place, before specifying that among the deceased was Yaser Ghandi, who “participated in the massacre of October 7”.

Israel launched its offensive against Gaza after the aforementioned attacks on October 7, 2023, which left about 1,200 dead and nearly 250 kidnapped, according to Israeli authorities. Since then, more than 43,600 Palestinians have died, according to Gaza authorities, controlled by Hamas, in addition to more than 750 Palestinians killed at the hands of Israeli security forces and in attacks carried out by settlers in the West Bank and East Jerusalem.
