Rosalía will refund the price of tickets to attendees of the interrupted concert in Milan

Rosalía will return the price of tickets to attendees who attended her concert last Wednesday in Milan (Italy), where the singer was forced to interrupt her performance due to “very strong” food poisoning.

This is stated by various Italian media that collect the email that Ticketmaster sent this Monday to attendees. “Dear customer, we inform you that, due to the cancellation of the concert for reasons of the artist’s health, the organizer has arranged a refund of the ticket price plus management costs (15%). Refunds will be processed from April 7 to June 30, 2026,” the text states.

The total refund will be calculated by deducting management fees, shipping costs and the Ticket Protection Policy, according to Italian media, which add that the money will be returned directly to the payment method used at the time of purchase.

However, for those attendees who purchased a VIP ticket, they will only receive the ticket price back, since it is considered that they did enjoy the rest of the included services.

Last Wednesday, Rosalía performed in Milan on the fifth date of her ‘Lux Tour’ tour. However, the singer interrupted the performance when she became unwell due to food poisoning.

“I’ve been trying to do this show from the beginning and I’ve been sick. I had really bad food poisoning and I have tried to hold on until the end. But I feel terrible. I’ve been throwing up out there“said the Catalan artist. Shortly after, she published an image of herself on Instagram thanking her fans for their understanding. “I feel better, thank you for the love and understanding of all of you who were there,” she stated.

The next date of his tour is this March 30 in Madrid, where he will perform four concerts between this Monday and April 4 and, after two performances in Lisbon. In addition, on April 13 he will travel to Barcelona to perform in four concerts, between April 13 and 18.
