As the largest parking operator in Dubai, Parkin manages about 229,000 parking lots in the emirate, under a long-term concession contract. Secure Parking has more than 20 years of operating experience in the Emirates, and will provide in-depth knowledge of the local market, in addition to its global experience in the new generation of barrier-free parking infrastructure. This partnership combines the scale of Parkin’s operations, organizational integration, and capabilities of digital platforms, with the international operational experience of “Secure Parking,” which places the two companies at the forefront of transformation in the smart mobility sector in the region.
This partnership represents a pivotal strategic step in Parkin’s journey towards a fully digital infrastructure, free of barriers, and replaces the traditional gate system with advanced vehicle identification technology and a remote payment system, eliminating choke points and allowing smoother access to parking.
The Parkin platform will provide vehicle owners with instant confirmations, clear tariffs, and SMS notifications, in addition to a regulated grace period to complete payment. The City Walk model demonstrates Parkin’s ability to deploy scalable technology solutions that improve traffic flow.

Valet parking service

This partnership will also include valet parking services, creating an integrated digital system that covers self-parking and premium parking services.
Customers will be able to pay parking fees for Secure Parking vehicles through the Parkin application and digital wallet, allowing seamless transactions within the current Parkin platform.
Secure Parking will also manage and operate selected parking service locations under the Parkin brand, benefiting from its international operational standards and well-established experience in the UAE, to enhance the quality of service, consistency of operations and the overall customer experience.
By integrating parking services into Parkin’s digital payment system and applications, the two companies create a unified parking journey, from entry to premium and added services, supported by instant payment, digital transparency, and operational excellence. This expansion strengthens the partnership’s position as one of the most prominent models of cooperation between the public and private sectors in the field of integrated digital mobility in the UAE.
