Justice: Fatal stabbings: charges against eleven men

Accordingly, on September 12, 2025, the group attacked three men sitting there on the Spree promenade below the Humboldt Forum. The motives for the attack are still unclear.

Accusations against the alleged perpetrators

Four of those involved, aged 16, 17, 19 and 23, are said to have hit and kicked a 20-year-old. The 16-year-old is said to have fatally stabbed the man with a knife, including in the heart, while the three others noticed and approved of this, according to the public prosecutor’s office. They are accused of the joint manslaughter of the deceased.

The two other victims, aged 21 and 23, were also attacked by the group, it was said. The 21-year-old suffered a cerebral hemorrhage from, among other things, a blow with a telescopic baton. Seven of the eleven suspected perpetrators therefore have to answer in court for joint involvement in a fight, grievous bodily harm and breach of the peace.

Nine defendants are currently in custody. Arrest warrants against the majority of those involved were already executed in December 2025.
