Nokian Renkaat will soon publish its results – This is what investors are now interested in: “It will be clearly higher”

Tire company Nokian Tires publishes its interim report for the first quarter of the year today, Wednesday at 1 p.m.

“The company has gone through a very massive change”, Inderes chief analyst Petri Gostowski Directly from Kauppalehti In the Talousamau program on Wednesday.

He stated that the first year of Nokian Tires is typically loss-making due to seasonality.

“Of course, now it is expected to be slightly reduced from the level of the comparison period, but the focus is very much on how the ramp-up of the Romanian factory progresses. That way, there will be more attention in the next few years, when it is known that the company’s profit level will be clearly higher than it is now,” said Gostowski.

Due to the big change, according to Gostowski, the company is now going through an interim phase.

“But the focus is on what level the result will eventually rise to when the new factory is running at full capacity,” said Gostowski.
