Debate on prevention policies, territory and emergency management

The event will be divided into two main sessions that reflect the country’s current priorities: on the one hand the management of reconstruction in Emilia-Romagna and on the other the securing of transport networks. The works will be opened by the President of the Region Michele de Pascale and will see the participation of key figures such as the Commissioner for Reconstruction Fabrizio Curcio and the Undersecretary to the Presidency of the Council Alessandro Morelli.

The technical-political debate will also see the contribution of Manuela Rontini, Undersecretary of the Regional Presidency, and Irene Priolo, Councilor for the Environment and Transport, to outline an integrated framework between territorial planning and mobility. The conclusions of the institutional summit will be entrusted to the Deputy Minister of Infrastructure and Transport Edoardo Rixi.

In the afternoon, the focus will shift to the purely operational aspects with an in-depth analysis of the White Paper. The technical-scientific document, promoted by ANSFISA in collaboration with RemTech Expo, represents a contribution to the national debate on homeland security.

The objective of the document is to provide guidelines and standards for the resilience of infrastructures, addressing risk prevention no longer as an isolated action, but as a systemic process involving managers and control bodies. Domenico Capomolla, Director of ANSFISA, and Errico Stravato, CEO of Sogesid, will participate in this technical phase to discuss the practical application of these strategies on construction sites and in national networks.
