Another defense company lists on TASE with a valuation of NIS 4.5 billion

The Bagheera company, which develops and operates simulators for training combat infantry units, has published a prospectus, disclosing its financial statements for 2025.

According to the report, the company’s sales in 2025 amounted to 270 million shekels, net profit – 99 million shekels, and order book – 634 million shekels.

Over the last three years, from 2023 to 2025, Bagira’s revenue grew at a rate of 60% per year, net profit – 122% per year.

As part of the issue, the company plans to list 20% of the shares on the stock exchange with an estimated value of the company ranging from 3 to 4.5 billion shekels.

The company employs 420 employees, production facilities are located in Israel and the Czech Republic. The general director is reserve lieutenant general Joel Strick. The company estimates the global exercise equipment market to be $15 billion in 2026.

Its systems are deployed, according to its own data, in 22 countries, but 63% of revenue comes from the Israeli market. The company believes that in the global market it is opposed by 5-10 key competitors, including such giants as Elbit, Thales, Saab and Rheinmetall.
