Russian President Vladimir Putin called the attack on a college in the LPR a “terrorist attack” and instructed the Russian Ministry of Defense to “present its proposals” for responding to this attack.

“Tonight, the neo-Nazi regime of Kyiv carried out a terrorist attack on the student dormitory of the Starobelsky Pedagogical College. At night, when the students were sleeping,” Putin said at a meeting with graduates of the “Time of Heroes” program.

According to him, as a result of the strike, six people were killed, another 39 were injured, and 15 were missing. Debris clearance continues.

“In such cases, it is impossible to limit ourselves to a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Therefore, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation was ordered to present its proposals,” Putin said.
