Recall: Confectionery manufacturer recalls two peanut snacks

The product “Treets Salted Peanuts Vegan 200 g” from batch L6155Z with the best-before date of May 11, 2027 is affected by the recall. The salted peanuts are reportedly sold in Edeka and Globus markets. In addition, the article “K-Classic Choc it colorful peanuts 300 g” from batches L6055Z, L6155Z and L6555Z with the respective expiry dates May 10th, 2027, May 11th, 2027 and May 15th, 2027 is affected. The product is sold at Kaufland.

Returns are also possible without a receipt

The batch number and the best-before date can be found on the back of the packaging. The company’s other best-before dates or products are not affected, it said.

Customers were asked not to eat the product. The purchase price will be refunded if returned to the store even without a receipt. The recall was also published on the lebensmittelwarning.de portal. Accordingly, the products were sold in all 16 federal states.
