Road accident in Pozzolo, blood alcohol level double the legal limit

Pozzolo thus lost control of his car and ended up off the road. The accident was independent and there were no injuries, but the subsequent checks of the Police they complicated the parliamentarian’s position.

Alcohol testing and protest

L’alcohol test has in fact revealed a blood alcohol level which, according to what we learn, would be double the limit allowed by law. The formal complaint was initiated for him driving while intoxicated.

The sentence of the Biella court
