Sitowise sells its Swedish subsidiary | Trade magazine

Sitowise has signed the agreement with its Swedish subsidiary Sitowise Sweden from the sale of the entire stock Swecolle. The parties to the transaction have agreed on the value of the company at approximately EUR 3.0 million.

The parties have also agreed on an additional purchase price of a maximum of approximately EUR 2.0 million, which is related to long-term rental liabilities and will be recognized in the income statement in the years 2027–2029.

The selling business, Sitowise Sverige, offers technical consulting services in Sweden. Its services focus on the structural, building engineering and infrastructure planning of commercial and residential buildings, as well as project management.

The company’s turnover in 2025 was 26.3 million euros, and it employs approximately 265 people. The business has been loss-making.

Sitowise will classify the business being sold as assets held for sale until the transaction is completed and will present it as a discontinued operation starting from the interim report for the second quarter of 2026.

The assets and liabilities of the entity to be sold are valued less the costs incurred from the sale. The resulting write-down is presented as part of the result of discontinued operations.

Sitowise will publish adjusted group-level financial data for 2025 and January–March 2026 before the publication of the second quarter interim report on August 12, 2026.

The completion of the transaction requires the fulfillment of the usual implementation conditions and approvals from the authorities. The transaction is expected to be completed during the third quarter of 2026.
