STOCK EXCHANGE: Falling day in Helsinki – Reaktor fell 1 percent on its first day

The Helsinki Stock Exchange closed on Tuesday with a decrease of 0.66 percent to 13,779.73 points.

At the top of the exchange Nokian the share fell 4.2 percent during the day.

A technology company was on the list of the most traded shares of the day Reactorwhose shares started trading in the premarket on Tuesday. Trading in Reaktor shares started at 8.25 euros.

Reaktor’s share fell by 1.02 percent during the day. When the stock market closed, the company’s share cost 8.17 euros.

Liquid the share gained 0.75 percent on Tuesday.

The strongest riser of the day was Keskisuomalainen, whose share rose 4.3 percent.

Among the biggest risers was also a tire company Nokian Tireswhose stock closed up 3.93 percent. The company’s price gained momentum after Handelsbanken raised the company’s recommendation from sell to buy.

Result alerts in duplicate

Two companies on the Helsinki stock exchange warned about their results on Tuesday.

Construction company Tekova issued a positive earnings warning in the morning and updated its financial guidance. Tekova’s share was up 0.8 percent in the afternoon.

The company expects a turnover of 95–115 million euros and an operating profit of 7.5–11.0 million euros for this year’s financial year. The company previously expected a turnover of 90–115 million euros and an operating profit of 6.5–11.0 million euros for this year.

Infrastructure builder in the afternoon Create Group gave a positive result warning. Kreate raises its revenue and EBITA guidance for the fiscal year 2026 as a result of the efficient implementation of projects and a stronger-than-anticipated order book development.

In its new guidelines, Kreate estimates that its turnover in 2026 will increase to 600–650 million euros, and its EBITA result will increase to 21–26 million euros. According to Kreate’s assessment, reaching the guideline fork does not require significant new projects.

Nordea said that it will specify the estimated schedule of the half-year dividend.

Nordea’s board of directors is supposed to decide on the half-yearly dividend in connection with the publication of the 2026 half-yearly report. Nordea will publish its second quarter results on July 16.

A Swedish online company Ericsson has been appointed as the new managing director and group president Per Narvinger.

The company current CEO Börje Ekholm will retire and leave his position on September 30. He will serve as a senior advisor to the new CEO until June 15, 2027. Ekholm managed to serve as the company’s CEO for nine years.

Ekholm will resign from Ericsson’s board as of October 1, 2026. Ekholm has sat on the company’s board for 20 years.
